Kiwiland Confectionery is skillfully crafted by the dedicated team at FoodFlo International Ltd, at our family business based in Pahiatua, in Northern Wairarapa, in the Lower North Island of New Zealand.
The business that is now FoodFlo International was bought by the current Managing Director in 1975, and has grown steadily since then to become the thriving enterprise that it is today. It is very much a family business, with the Managing directors 5 children now all working in the business in various areas of responsiblility.
Food Safety/Quality Programme
At FoodFlo, we take the quality and safety of the products we manufacture very seriously. We run a Quality and Food Safety Programme, which is regularly externally audited against, and meets, the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety, with an A grading. This is one of the most stringent Food Safety Standards in the world, and demonstrates our committal to producing top quality safe food products.
Sustainable Palm Oil Policy
As part of our commitment to the protection of the environment, we only use Sustainable Palm Kernel Oil in our products. This means that the plantations are farmed in a sustainable manner with care and consideration for the environment, and the oil is kept strictly segregated throughout the entire production process.
